What's Shaking - EarthQuake App

What's Shaking - EarthQuake App is back as a web app!  Originally created in 2009 as an app for Palm's now defunct webOS and later for iOS and Android.

Now Just go to : WhatsShaking.net

Features:
  • Find out where the latest earthquakes are occurring across the globe with "What's Shaking!"
  • A free app that shows the latest earthquakes across the world.
  • Sort by Largest, Nearest (uses GPS to find your position), or Latest Earthquakes.
  • It will even show your current location and altitude if available.
  • Click the Globe icon next to each quake listing to load a Google Map
  • Use preferences to filter Mag>2.5 up to Mag > 6.5 size quakes.
To Install this App :  No App Store Needed (its not there!).   Just go to :  WhatsShaking.net  Once it loads in iOS in Safari for example, hit the "up arrow" at the bottom of safari and scroll to find "Add to Home Screen".  This will create a nice little icon for the program and the web-"app" is installed.  The same way works for the Samsung Browser etc.

For Chrome or Edge browser on Windows or macOS or Linux:  Just go to:  WhatsShaking.net - Look for the (+) sign in the address bar and click to Install.   Or from the menu (top right 3 dots), choose "Install What's Shaking"

Works on : Mac, PC, iOS, Android, Amazon Kindle, just about anything with web access!! Use it on Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera and more! A whole variety of platforms as a web-app!
